This design focuses on brushwork. To create the effect of material, the painter’s stroke has to be as precise as a calligraphy line. It plays with transparency and depth of color, accentuates the contrast between a raw line and countless complementary variations. Gestures give meaning to the décor. They include the ever-present link with the perfection of nature, a magnificent plumage, a tribal ornament.

Each piece is hand painted on Limoges porcelain in Marie’s workshops in France and is made to order. The line offers imaginative ways to mix and match to ensure that whatever you select is a unique.
